Provides immediate intervention in any situation posing a substantial threat to the life and safety of any individual on or in property owned or controlled by the facility.Part time, benefit eligible position working 40 hours in a 2 week pay period. Must be available to work the day, evening and midnight shifts including rotating weekends and holidays.

Details: PART-TIME SECURITY GUARD PORT OF PASCO TRI-CITIES AIRPORT The Port of Pasco has an immediate opening for one regular on-call part-time security guard that will serve at the Tri-Cities Airport and Big Pasco Industrial Center. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PASSENGER SCREENING POSITION. The ability to communicate with other employees and the public is essential. Prospective employee must pass a pre-employment physical, and a drug- screening test, must possess a valid driver's license and a high-school diploma or GED. All interviewees selected will be required to fill out an incident report to test written skills including spelling, and handwriting. The starting pay is $13.68/ hour. This guard is eligible to receive benefits prorated on number of hours worked per month, but not less than 50%. APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2:00 PM ON MONDAY, JULY 23rd, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS.
