Details: We have an immediate opening with a boutique Real Estate firm for a well-credentialed Commercial Real Estate attorney with 3-5 years experience. This is a contract to hire position.Firm has offices in NJ and NY – position would be in either office but strong preference for NY office.The right candidate will have a strong real estate leasing background (lender side preferred), and will be able to handle deals from inception to close with little supervision, be detail oriented and able to work independently. Must be interested in and motivated to develop and build a practice.Firm is very entrepreneurial, and there is lots of opportunity for growth and ownership of clients and work product. Portable business (any size) would be a huge plus, but not required.Big firm experience and excellent credentials are strongly preferred. JD required, NY or NJ Bar Admission required (admission in both NY and NJ is strongly preferred). This is a 40 hour/week position, longer hours as required but not guaranteed. Work must be done on-site. Remote work is NOT an option. Hourly rate is dependent on experience.Interviews will start immediately and the position will start once a candidate is selected.
