Details: ***LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY***The Lease Analyst is a project-based role responsible for reading and abstracting/summarizing commercial real estate leases. The Lease Analyst supports software implementation projects, as well as ongoing lease abstraction projects, by inputting information from legal documents into AMTdirect (web-based lease administration software). The Lease Analyst also assists and supports the Lease Administrator(s) and Client Services Manager(s) and others in the achievement of AMTdirect and/or department’s goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Read and interpret complex commercial lease language. Abstract/summarize property and lease file documents utilizing client defined standards and applicable software. Ensure property and lease data is accurate as compared to the property and lease file documents. Review client provided information, which may include rent rolls or other reports, for accuracy and compares to legal documents. Review abstracts for accuracy and completeness as compared to client standards. Provide feedback based on abstraction review to Coordinator(s) or Team Lead(s) on individual abstractor’s performance. Perform administrative duties as needed such as making copies, filing, tracking data, phone coverage, etc. Complete daily Abstraction Productivity Form. Maintain an average of 90-95%% billable time.
