Our businesses also offer industry-leading advanced technology, a strong worldwide presence, and a powerful global franchise” Int Assoc Ops Sup Anl SAFE Act Perform a variety of routine and complex issues as they relate to Foreclosure Research, but not limited to the following:Manage/understand complex foreclosure/bankruptcy actions, including aged actions, pursuit of file resolution through attorneys, title insurers, hazard insurance carriers, negotiations, and litigated cases.Responsibilities include:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear documentation for each project.Projects may  be regulatory related and require dedication, focus and strict adherence to policy.Assist team as necessary with resources  to achieve goals in timely fashion.Plan, organize and facilitate meetings, ensure documentation of minutes are kept and distributed to all necessary parties.Fast paced environment requiring ability to prioritize and multitask, while staying focused on key tasks.Personal and team adherence to all investors, insurer and audit guidelines.Create efficiencies and streamline processes while leading change under minimal supervision. Interact with internal and external contacts, including vendors, clients and customers.Assist in the development of and updates to procedures.Manage the day-to-day workflow to ensure timely completion of processes.Monitor and analyze reports to identify gaps and opportunities.Perform other job related duties and special projects as required.Uses discretion to perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes.Uses professional judgment and business expertise to resolve varied and complex issues that have notable impact on the business.Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub-function / job family. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Moderate but direct impact through quality and timeliness of services provided that effect own team and closely related teams.May occasionally provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team membersDeveloped communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information
