Details: Clearance: Will be getting a Public Trust USPS Job Description has an immediate need for a System Documentation Writer in support of implementing an IT Scorecard for one of our clients. This position will be responsible for developing and updating system documentation, developing system user guides, develop quick reference cards, tutitorials, help documents that will be integrated with the system, and will support other documentation needs for the project.Requirements • 8+ years of experience writing system user guides, quick reference cards, system documentation and other written documentation in support of a system project. • Excellent writing skills and ability to peer review project documents for grammar, content and style of writing • Experience developing high quality presentations with graphics for senior management • Ability to work under tight timeframes • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working with multiple authoring tools preferred
