This includes developing a strategy for the company, establishing programs and monitoring the execution with measures of compliance. This position requires coordination of activities with other Corporate Departments, Integra Sites and outside agencies. Drive operational implementation of initiatives to build a company wide culture for EHS. Ensure that the key elements for this culture are consistent with the company’s mission. Define and develop program activities for EHS. Develop a focused and multifaceted communication plan that addresses owners, clients, employees and management, and demonstrates partnership for EHS. Establish policies for EHS implementation across all sites. Provides guidance for developing site EHS programs and processes including compliance with safety regulations and investigations of accidents. Provides consultation to Corporate and site management regarding design, implementation and administration of all safety related initiatives and tactical processes. Establish training programs for company wide execution. Conducts site visits and audits to measure and monitor compliance with OSHA, local government, country specific regulations and company policy/ procedures. Serves as the Corporate Site Biosafety Officer. Identifies, implements and tracks corrective actions. Stays current with new EHS government regulations, international standards and industry best practices.
