Billing Assistant - law firm/ legal exper - IP

Details: IP Billing Assistant:Intellectual Property experience and/or USPTO experience *2 years of law firm billing experience is required* Must have prior IP experience including knowledge of USPTO policies and proceduresResponsible for processing the Intellectual Property bills and billing inquiries for the Office IP practice, and performs other client-billable and administrative duties.  Edit billable and non-billable proformas.. Transfer time from timekeeper's business development number and follow up with the  Manager when a new matter is expected to be opened.Confirm that all relevant PTO fees are included in proformas. Review anticipated cost entries and follow up with the appropriate attorney/assistant for check requests.Assist with client inquiries regarding bills, manage invoice rejections, and handle client requests for revised invoices/credits/write-offs, and credit notes.Resumes as a word document to:   No relocations please.  Thank you.
