They are in need of a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Business Law Department. Candidate must have four to six years of experience both working in teams and in handling components of transactions independently, along with specific experience in a broad range of public and private corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital transactions, and private and public offerings of securities.
